Well, while Bill has a few video productions under wrap that were filmed with his RED Digital Cinema Camera (http://www.red.com/), I thought I’d show a small video of Bill testing this camera out in the studio with a lovely still life scene:

Though the inclement weather had threatened to cancel the carefully laid plans of Saturday, February 23rd, it was unable to hinder the spirit and determination of nearly everyone involved in the Central PA Strobist meet.  In fact, it couldn’t have been a better success thanks to all the talented, selfless, helpful, inquisitive photographers who met up for a day of learning and experimentation.  I would like to thank all of you for coming with jubilance and excitement and for making the day as wonderful as it was!  And a special thanks to Jordan Oplinger for his amazing videography talents and making a video of the day!

Well you heard it from the man himself…if anyone has any questions or any feedback on what you would like to learn, please let us know and we’d be happy to answer! One more thing, for anyone who is a part of strobist.com on flickr and living in Central PA, we were thinking of holding a strobist meet here at the studio. If you’re interested, let me know what your availability looks like for January/February. Bonus: if you live a little further away there’s not going to be any charge (no need to rent space/equipment) so you can save that money for gas :).

Hey everyone, I know all these videos have been bogging download time of the site, thanks for your patience!! The video for today and tomorrow get pretty juicy, though very long! By Friday I should be finished uploading the interview with Bill :).
